Steve began his career at Zurich Insurance as a commercial underwriter in 1985. In 1992 he moved to Thomas Howell, now Crawford’s, to become a Loss Adjuster, where he spent 10 years before moving to Firth & Scott, taking the reins for business continuity from his father Derek following his retirement.

Steve has a wealth of technical skills and his loss adjusting expertise is a great benefit to our staff and clients in event of a claim.
