Following the latest government announcement of “Plan B” and the measures to be taken surrounding the new Covid variant, Omicron, we want to assure our clients that we are still operational during our normal working hours (9am-12pm, 1pm-5pm).  However, to ensure the protection of our team, and clients, Firth & Scott are continuing with the following measures:

• No entry into our office will be permitted, unless absolutely critical.

In these cases, visits will be by appointment only, and we will ask all visitors to sign in to our visitor book, sanitise upon entry, and wear a mask at all times.

• We will not be making visits to see clients other than in exceptional circumstances. For example, a significant claim

If your usual contact with us is face-to-face, or you cannot pay your premium by card or transfer, please call us to discuss this, and we can propose an individual solution.
